What is Porter Enterprise?

Porter Enterprise, a vertical of Porter, is a complete logistics partner for businesses, offering smart solutions for multiple intracity goods transportation services.

Our goods transportation service provides businesses with on-demand transport options via trucks and two-wheelers. From bulky to small goods, our on-demand vehicles ensure seamless, cost-effective, and reliable delivery solutions. Businesses can choose from mini trucks, tempos, EVs, and two-wheelers to transport goods effortlessly within the city.

How do I register for a Porter Enterprise account?

It is free to register for a Porter Enterprise account. All you need are:

  • Your work email id
  • Your phone number
  • GST certificate or Business PAN and Company Information (Eg: Name, Registered Address & Billing Address)

How long does it take to activate my Enterprise Account?

It takes just one business day to activate the Enterprise account.

Can I get additional assistance with Porter Enterprise while booking vehicles for goods transportation?

All users of Porter Enterprise will be provided with a training module for the booking process. Additionally, if required training calls for users can be also be set up. How can I add or remove users from the Enterprise account?

The admin needs to share a spreadsheet with user details for adding or removing users. It will take one business day to process the user addition or removal request.

Do you charge GST?

GST is payable by the consignor as per the reverse charge mechanism.

How can I pay for Enterprise bookings?

You can recharge your wallet through credit card, debit card, and net banking.

Do you provide a credit facility?

Yes, we do provide a credit facility. If you want to avail of the credit facility, reach out to your assigned BD Manager/Account Manager or write to us at help@porter.in. The credit facility will be provided post thorough checks and required approvals.

Would there be a contract signed for this engagement?

Contract signing is applicable only in the case of a credit facility.

Do you provide a dashboard to keep track of account activity?

You will get access to a web-based dashboard where you can check account balance, trip details, payment options, and user information. You also get a bi-weekly account statement report.

Is there any minimum trip count or monthly billing to be qualified for Porter Enterprise?

Porter Enterprise is available for businesses that have 50 or more goods transportation trips in a month.

Do you provide POD after the transportation of goods?

Currently, we do not provide this.

What are the charges for booking a truck for goods transportation?

For goods transportation services, our truck fare is determined by the distance traveled, the type of truck, and the journey duration. You can also use the 'Estimate' tab on the Porter page to get an accurate idea of your trip cost.
