Smartshift Logistics Solutions Private Limited (“Porter”) does not offer a bug bounty program or other reward(s) for reporting vulnerabilities in its systems, networks, servers, applications, URLs or other resources and assets (collectively “Resources”). Unauthorized security testing, scanning, probing, or exploitation of Porter’s Resources is strictly prohibited and may result in initiation of appropriate legal action by Porter, including civil and/or criminal proceedings. Further, you shall not use/launch any program or script, including, without limitation, crawlers, robots, bots, spiders or other automation devices/tools, programs, algorithms or methodologies, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Resources or any content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational and/or security structure or presentation of the resources or any content therein, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Resources. You will not, in any manner, impair, restrict or interfere with the proper operation of the Resources. If you identify any security vulnerability in any of the Resources, you are to refrain from testing the same or disclosing it to any third party. You may only report such identified vulnerability in a responsible manner, to itgo@theporter.in. Reports submitted via third-party platforms will not be acknowledged.

Confidentiality Obligation: You shall also refrain from disclosing/making public/transmitting/publishing any identified security vulnerabilities . Any unauthorized disclosure may subject you to legal proceedings at your sole risk and costs.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Porter’s Resources and/or services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with this Security Testing and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and initiation of appropriate legal action, at your sole risk and cost.
